The Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator (EHA) is composed of components such as a motor, hydraulic pump, actuator cylinder, and accumulator. The motor drives the hydraulic pump to rotate and output flow, controlling the extension and retraction of the actuator cylinder.
EHA adopts the principle of volume control and draws energy on demand. Compared with centralized hydraulic systems, it has the advantages of high efficiency and easy maintenance, and there is no risk of jamming. Multiple types of UAV EHA products developed by our institute have been installed and applied, forming a complete product range with power levels from 1kW to 30kW, output forces from 2 tons to 20 tons, and various types of redundancy configurations.
