The first stage is a double-nozzle flapper hydraulic amplifier, and the second stage is a spool valve hydraulic amplifier. Micro servo valves are applied in the field of humanoid robots and can be extended to industrial servo control fields such as racing, which require extreme miniaturization, lightweight, and power-to-weight ratio.
